Social Services
Our social service team assists both residents and their families during transitional periods. They are here to support not just the resident but also the family. Our social service team assists from admission through discharge. We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, help in care planning and discharge planning for each resident. Social services is also in charge of arranging professional services as the need arises outside of our facility.

Our social service team also is there to assist with finances, purchasing of clothing and other basic necessities for residents, arranging transportation for appointments, as well as help the resident and the family through the process of designating a Power of Attorney.
