Nikki Lindsey / RN / LNHA
CEO
​
​Nikki Lindsey, RN, LNHA graduated from Jamestown College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing in 1997. During college, she was a member of the Alpha Chi National Nursing Society and also earned the honors of being a College Fellow in the Nursing Department.
Nikki became employed with the Cooperstown Medical Center in May of 1997 as a Registered Nurse in the hospital. Over time, she became the Quality Assurance Manager, Swing Bed Coordinator, Infection Control Nurse, Cardiac Rehab Director, and eventually the Director of Nursing for the Hospital and the Care Center. She filled the role of Director of Nursing for 10 years prior to being offered the CEO position for both facilities in 2014.
She completed the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator’s training through the North Dakota Board Of Examiners and received her license in 2014.
In 2016 Nikki was nominated for and received the “Emerging Rural Health Leader” award from the Rural Health Association for North Dakota.

Hannah Zaun

Hannah Zaun is the Chief Nursing Officer for Dakota Regional Medical Center and Griggs County Care Center in Cooperstown North Dakota.
Originally from Texas and a veteran of the United States Air Force, she has chosen to put all of her experience and efforts into making nursing and healthcare a better experience for all involved.
​
She is a graduate of Mayville State University with a Bachelors in Nursing and plans on continuing into a Masters in Nursing.
​
An ER nurse by trade, Hannah has a passion emergency medicine, for creating safe spaces for nurses to work, mental health, policy change and increasing resources and services in rural healthcare.
